Hello,
In the octave forge package octcdf-1.1.0, in the src directory do not
exists the configure script. In the folder only appears the script
autogen.sh but not the configure. In a normal pkg install autogen.sh
is not executed but the code is compiled without errors. If you try to
execute the netcdf() function fails because not was linked against
libnetcdf (I don't know the reason for no errors during the
compilation -as root-).
The solution is uncompress the package, go to src/, execute
./autogen.sh, compress again the octcdf package and install it as
normal.
Can any administrator update the package executing the autogen.sh? I
mailed the maintainer of the package (when I mailed I didn't know the
exect reason for the fail) but he didn't answer me.
