Hello

Choosing the OctDev ML for octave-3.2.4 on mingw32 is correct in itself because 
the below is  written in the octave-forge top page.

"If you have questions regarding software downloaded from Octave-Forge, send a 
message to the repository mailing list."

However, issues for binary package for windows have been discussed in most 
cases in the Octave-help ML as pointed by Philip.
