I couldn't find it on the individual packages. I'm guessing no one has
ever uploaded since octave-forge was plit into individual packages.

You can get the package source here
http://octave.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/octave/trunk/octave-forge/main/fixed/
and compile it. To download the whole think, use subversion

$ svn co 
https://octave.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/octave/trunk/octave-forge/main/fixed

If you use debian or ubuntu you can try their own packages.
