Actually, I don't think we necessarily need ONE leader 
but rather more motivated and active contributors. 

As for hard decisions, taking them together might make them even harder
but I believe the more people are involved in the decision, the more they
will be likely to contribute later.

I just upgraded Thomas and Carnë to project admins, hope you don't objct that.

Personally I volunteer to help doing some of the boring stuff but, as you 
might have noticed, I do not usually have much time, so for sure I cannot 
commit to take care of larger projects.
