Hi everybody,

I would like to initiate a geometry package. My plan is to add most of
the functions from matGeom (matgeom.sf.net), I already contacted the
author and he agreed (right now we are fixing the licensing).
The core package geometry is still quite empty and I think a forge
package could serve to increase the flow of tested functions into it.
I can be the package maintainer.

The package could have a section of files dedicated to Input / Output.
I have created a set of functions that load polygons from an SVG file
(primitive but working) and I would like to add them there also. The
files can be reviewed here
