Moving into a deprecated directory seems to not work for packages. We have to do it manually, that it, make the function warn about the function being deprecated and that arrayfun or cellfun can be used instead. Hopefully, on the following release we will remember to actually remove it. waitbar should probably also be removed since it seems that is being implemented in core.
