This is a self-extracting exe, like we used to have for 3.2.4.

I used NSIS to make an installer for 3.4.3. It is based on Tatsuro and
Nitzan's binaries. It has libreadline too, but not the octave-forge
packages. It has a few advantages over the 7z archives
- It defaults to installing in a directory without spaces
- It does not require the user to have 7zip (but it does use lzma, so
it's pretty well packed)
- It creates links on the desktop and under the start menu, which some
windows users are lost without.
- It makes an uninstaller
- It uses the pretty icon for the links.

It is not as good as Ben Lindner's NSIS installers, as it does not
detect cpu and install optimised blas, etc. Generic is better than
nothing.

I will send a seperate email to Carnë with a link to the exe. It is
hosted on my ISP, if it gets more than a couple of downloads, I will
be in trouble...
Carnë, please add it here

My NSIS source is attached.
