We would have to change the octave-pkg-dev package, but since
"deprecated" folder is not a established standard, I would refrain myself
of doing it right now.  At any rate, the package building is not stopped
when one of the tests fails.

Anyway, what is the sense of having a deprecated folder being included
in the tarball?  Is the folder included in the OCtave's path?
