Well, I didn't had free time as though I would so I haven't wrote it
yet. Well, it's not a dependency of octave, it's just a script to
automate something that can be done manually. Most of the maintainers
won't need it anyway and this is the type of thing that it's much
easier (at least for me), to write in perl than in octave.
