Almost all of them have a license now. The only ones who don't, and
the reason why I think they don't, are:

This is one I don't, I guess the license is the same as the orignial.
All it says is that it was ported into octave by carlo

This is just the save of some variables. I'm guessing it must be used
by some of the test scripts.
