I don't really need it, I was just looking at it and noticed that is not mentioned anywhere in the site. I guess an hugly hack is still better than not working at all. But if it's that ugly at least I guess we should at least remake the documentation (I'll try to reinstall 3.2 and remake the documentation) and mention that octave (> 3.2.0) conflicts with it. And updating the library itself on the package shouldn't be too hard either.
