HI everybody Robert Short has submitted a new implementation of the marcumq function in octave-forge's bug tracker [1] which should fix a series of issues with the current implementation if anyone would like to give it a look.
Despite the fact that on mathworks website this function appears under both the communications and signal processing toolboxes, in reality seems to only exist on the signal toolbox. As such, I'd like to move the function to signal. The communications package is already dependent on the signal package it should not create problems to anyone.
