So, the protocol is to upload these to a forum? Is that what that forum is for?

I attempted a 1.1.1 release. It's mostly source cleanup and one little
bug. Mike Miller did most of the work to update this. I just tested it
on the current Octave stable branch (note, not 3.6.1, but the
soon-to-be 3.6.2), and it passed all tests.
