I think so yes, but the Mac page on the wiki seems to be quite old (looking at the history, it's pretty much a port from the old wiki) and recommends the binaries from octave-forge. So I'd just link it to the an updated wiki page and have the links for Fink, MacPorts and Homebrew there.
