            pkg load auto

The issue was not solved even if I remove the pkg auto load
        in Octave3.6.2_gcc4.6.2\share\octave\3.6.2\m\startup.

Am I doing something wrong? Is it enough?

    That's weird. Unfortunately, I can't tell what's going wrong,
just double check after startup that "pkg list" tells you no
    package is loaded.

    Michael.

Hi I decided to debug it more carefully with GIPO FileUtilities
    and especially dirmonitor utility

    my binary lives in

    D:\winpackages\opensource\scientist\octmgw\Octave3.6.2_gcc4.6.2\bin

and decided to monitor for changes all the d: drive (someday I
would like to write my own open source utility of this kind :-) )

so, I found out that it does something on a folder with many .jpg
    images

e.g. one of these files has name

D:\workspace\WRAIT_deploy_updated_nov2010\WRAIT_deploy\wrait_dataset\cam5_2009_05_20_05_01\image1141.jpg

I rememeber vaguely that I did something with it one and a half
year ago with octave. But here I have a fresh install without
    packages loaded?

    Any ideas why?

(Note: make sure to reply to all when answering).

Is that directory somehow in octave's path?

Michael.

I was mistaken. It had to do with windows context indexing. Sorry. I could not find something relevant. Even with process hacker I could not have any idea.

Regards
Vasileios
