I changed the version of Octave I am exploring but installed the new version in
a different directory. Then I erased the old Octave. Unfortunately for some
reason the paths in the Old Version of Octave are still being invoked on
startup even though they no longer exist. There seems to be no reference to
these paths n any file in the new Octave version,
How can I reset the start path?
