Hi Philip

you may need to reclone the repository. See
http://octave.1599824.n4.nabble.com/very-important-all-developers-reclone-Octave-Forge-td4644503.html

When you go to https://sourceforge.net/p/octave/code/ there should
appear a text box with the command you can use to make a new clone
(seems nabble hides part of the command because of the e-mail
address).
