Damian thinks that ODbL should apply to the dataset as a whole, so applying it to collections of datasets is inappropriate - see below.

Hi Jo, This may either beg the question or simplify things ;-) ODbL covers databases not individual or small collections of facts. I'd expect the licence to apply to the larger dataset this page is part of. You could try something like: <> void:inDataset <...dataset id...> . <...dataset id...> a void:Dataset ; dc:license <http://opendatacommons.org/licenses/odbl/1.0/>; . Damian
