The current SVN version of Ode already uses OpenJPA. So upgrading to the 
lastest version is the solution! Versions with Hibernate as default 
don't have a stable OpenJPA implementation.
If you are already using a recent version from SVN, maybe u used 'set 
JAVA_OPTS=%JAVA_OPTS% -Dode.persistence=hibernate' to force the use of 
Hibernate.
