Although none of these tests deal with META-INF/documentsignatures.xml, I think you may find the documents useful in seeing how various deviations are handled resiliently in different ODF Consumers.
You might want to compare the results of these variations between the ODF Toolkit and existing ODF consumers that you want to be consistent with in an appropriate way. <http://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/svn/oic/TestSuite/trunk/odf12/NameSpaceResilience/> has the 9 test documents and also has copies of the META-INF/manifest.xml file used with each of them. The file NameSpaceResilience.txt describes the suite and what to expect. - Dennis
