You can sftp into [email protected]. That's actually how I uploaded my SSH cert, since I couldn't get copy and paste to work into a PuTTY window on my system, for some reason. I believe infra recommends using people.apache.org, though I don't know if the OO.o SVN dump would have fit under any quotas there might be.
It looks like you can have your own web site there too.
