the platform language is not 'Chinese'.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: ODFTOOLKIT-297
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ODFTOOLKIT-297
             Project: ODF Toolkit
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: simple api
    Affects Versions: 0.3, 0.3.5, 0.4, 0.4.5, 0.5, 0.5.5, 0.6, 0.6.5
            Reporter: Devin Han
            Assignee: Devin Han
             Fix For: 0.7

When running mvn install from /simple on an OS, which language is 'en', get the
following failed test:
 testGetLanguage(org.odftoolkit.simple.meta.OfficeMetaTest)

It is returning "en" for the language, but the test case is expecting
"Chinese". The meta.xml for the document has "Chinese". So something weird is
happening. Maybe
it is not finding it and falling back on a system-defined default? In that
case, Chinese system might be giving the right answer, but for the wrong reason.
