Thanks for your reminder, Svante!
I ran the generated several times before commit this patch, all of them get the
same output files, not difference. So I think I can commit it. If you like, you
can test it by yourself. The command is "mvn clean install -Pcodegen".
Keep ODFTOOLKIT-199 opening, just because you said there is a small issue need
to fixed. But I don't think it has influence on this patch.
