I am unable to "resolve" both issues 299 and 302, that I have applied patches today. I had the same problem two days ago with issue 312. The error message is: "The JIRA server could not be contacted. This may be a temporary glitch or the server may be down." But other JIRA functionality works and I do seem to have sufficient user rights, as I am a member in close to all groups. Any idea what might be the problem?
