What permissions are you lacking? What are you not able to do?
The most important thing would be to be able to assign issues to me.
Also it would be useful to resolve tickets that are created by other people.
The JIRA accounts are independent of the Apache LDAP. But the basic
public account has limited rights. Devin was admin for our JIRA
project, but he is not very active. It would probably be good to have
a couple other admins added.
