There is a lot of useful information in the javadocs as well as the other
project reports so it would be nice to publish those on the website
Currently it doesn't seem to be possible to create a site including all
submodules, also some modules need enhanced reporting configuration.
Some tasks I already identified:
* add distributionManagement section with site info so we are able to execute
site:stage to get a full site
* add Javadoc reports to ODFDOM
* adjust contributor sections (at least remove links to odftoolkit.org)
