Thanks, Ian. You stepping forward to get the report in, and Florian's work to get the Maven artifacts published, these are important steps forward.
Some things to think about: 1) Are there any patches from users that can be reviewed and integrated? It helps encourage contributors if this is done. 2) Maybe now is a good time to start a discussion of the next release? ODF 1.2 was finally approved by ISO, so we have the final schema now, with slight changes from the OASIS version. (The OASIS version will be updated to match the ISO version) 3) Do we have any volunteers to be Release Manager? 4) Between contribution of patches for bug fixes and helping design, code and test the next release, we might find there are some new active contributors who should be voted in as Committers and PPMC members?
