Hi,

Unfortunately there were still some dependency files within the JARs of the
staging area, which were not updated.
Therefore I have canceled the vote for the release on the general incubator
list.

Before I fix those problems and do another release candidate, I will dive
first into updating Maven to some new versions, which allows a separation
of the JDK for build and for Maven.
I assume that is also the problem that only SHA1 are being used although on
the last preference position in the config file.

Let's see..
