Svante Schubert updated ODFTOOLKIT-456:
---------------------------------------
    Attachment: TestSpreadsheetTable_MSO.ods
                TestSpreadsheetTable_LO.ods

I have attached two new test file. The LO (LibreOffice) created document will
exchange the existing TestSreadsheetTable.ods document. The difference is that
the active spreadsheet is the middle sheet and not the first (to higher the
burden of the test) ;)

The other test document has been created by Microsoft Excel 2016.
As you might see there is no settings.xml being saved (likely as it is not part
of the ODF standard).

> POI has the feature to be able to get the active sheet index of any
> spreadsheet file. But since POI doesn't work with .ods files, I have to use
> ODFToolkit. But this feature is missing.
