Summary: openttd fails to find "sample.cat" and package miss some
files.

first, The following files are missing from the pagage (openttd-0.4.0-r0):
autorail.grf
canalsw.grf
dosdummy.grf
openttd.grf
opentitle.dat
signalsw.grf
trkfoundw.grf
secondly, openttd searches for the "data" folder in
"usr/share/games/openttd/data" instead of "/usr/share/games/openttd/data".
to workaround the bug, the files above must be copied manually to the "data"
folder and the game has to be started from the root directory ("/").
