bitbake ntp fails when it tries to get:
http://www.eecis.udel.edu/~ntp/ntp_spool/ntp4/${P}.tar.gz
since April 21, when udel moved it to:
http://www.eecis.udel.edu/~ntp/ntp_spool/ntp4/ntp-4.2/${P}.tar.gz
To fix add "/ntp-4.2/" to the path in:
/org.openembedded.dev/packages/ntp_4.2.0.bb
