Summary: please add hid2hci to bluez-utils
           Product: Openembedded
           Version: OpenZaurus 3.5.4.x
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Distributions
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
         QAContact: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

certain USB Bluetooth dongles start in HID (Human Device Interface) mode.
They show up as a mouse and keyboard and can be switched into HCI (real
bluetooth) mode using hid2hci program which is part of bluez-utils. For some
strange reason this program is not included in the package even though
/etc/init.d/bluetooth script can reference it when HID2HCI_ENABLE=yes is set.
Bluetooth devices that exhibit this behavior are for instance:
- Logitech DiNovo keyboard
- Dlink DB120 Bluetooth dongle after Apple firmware update
And many other BT mice and keyboards.
