My configuration: Athlon64 3000xp+ cpu, 1 gig of ram, broadband class home internet connection, debian etch gnu/linux os.
This is a fairly reasonable pull time IMO.

Not at all, it's just there for people that want to play with 0.26. OE
will keep using monotone 0.25 for the next months. Mickey and Holger
have some sort of upgrade plan IIRC.
