I experienced similar behaviour. Sometimes it took up to half an hour to
install a package. I day later the same package installed smoothly, so I can't
reproduce it very well. Today it took him pretty long to write a new
ipkg/status file. Dmesg showed a lot of 'collie: timed out writing' messages. I
use OZ 3.5.4 release on collie.
