Please take a look at packages/xlibs/libx11_X11R7.0-1.0.0.bb. the X11R7.0 in
the file name in combination with the parameters in xorg-libs.inc cause SRC_URI
and S to be off.
BTW, even after fixing S and SRC_URI, libx11_X11R7.0-1.0.0.bb file still fails
to build.
