Fix glibc for sh4
Replace the patch with one which just adds no-z-defs for sh4.
The real solution (as discussed in bug 954) for the other problems is to modify
the site file and remove:
# strace
ac_cv_host=${ac_cv_host=sh-pc-linux-gnu}
Note that the patch that was added in bug 954 also needs to be reverted for an
sh4 build to work.
