Updated to apply after bug 483 is applied
Bug 483 contains the fix for the endianess tests in net-snmp and should get it
building on all platforms.
I've update the patch to apply after the patch in bug 483 is applied.
When building with parallel make set net-snmp sometimes works and sometimes
does not, so try a few times. In the failure case it's trying to link in
libraries from a directory for which it has no finished building - rerunning
the build usully gets it to work the second time around.
