Fix endiness for all targets
A new patch. This one is based on the idea used in the openssl.inc file where
it uses the ac_cv_c_bigendian and/or ac_cv_c_littleendian defines from the site
file to determine the endianess which then allows it to pass the required
parameter to configure. This should therefore now work for all targets.
