I think I found the problem
The bug is possibly in tcl.m4 at line 2169
This is a hardcoded list of directories to search for X11R6 includes. I would
suggest a patch or some sed magic to replace this list with ${STAGING_INCDIR}
and line 2193
There is a hardcoded list of dirs to search for libs, I think this need a
similar fix to above for ${STAGING_LIBDIR}
I dont have time to patch this today or for next 2 weeks.
