Check does kernel deploy to DEPLOY_DIR_IMAGE or to DEPLOY_DIR/images/ and 
fix it if not.

During OpenZaurus 3.5.4.1 testing I have all images/kernels in 
tmp/deploy/images/${DISTRO_VERSION}/
