The macro AC_C___ATTRIBUTE__ in configure.in is not defined on my system, thus
configure fails.
It seems harmless and better to remove it.
Attached patch removes it for both efl/e and e17/e-wm packages. (efl/e has
already a fix-configure.patch, but it seems unused.)
