This is a large patch for bringing a msp430 toolchain to oe.
It is only usefull for binutils-2.16 and gcc-3.3.6
The gcc 4.0.2 port isn't ready yet.
There are some rewrites in gcc3.inc and do_install for gcc3,
because the toolchain has no shared lib_gcc.
