Pcmcia cs wont build due to optimization being set to high (-O3), once its down
to -O2 it works fine. We change the rules.mk file for this.
Patch included.
I recommend setting this as SRC_URI_append_sh3 =
"file://superh-noO3.patch;patch=1".
