Applied as revision 7a03dd20e7daa30c802f6cf79ebc8d478294bcb3.
I verified that the primary site for hdparm is now sourceforge. I didn't apply
the patch as is since it was pointing at a specific SF mirror:

"http://optusnet.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/hdparm/hdparm-${PV}.tar.gz \
I used the standard SF mirror setup instead:
SRC_URU = "${SOURCEFORGE_MIRROR}/hdparm/hdparm-${PV}.tar.gz \
