at boot, errors:
cat: write error: invalid argument
mount: Mounting sysfs on /sys failed
at halt: errors:
tmpfs can not be unmounted in /etc/init.d/umountfs
datestamp can not be done on /etc (already mounted read only) in
/etc/init.d/halt
other errors:
/dev is mounted as both ramfs and tmpfs - one time should be enough
