This patch is not be required - the linux version is already cached. So as long
as ac_cv_linux_vers is defined in the appropriate site file this should be
picked up fine. This is why most of the patforms have been able to build
libpcacp without this patch.
If it doesn't build for your platform check the files in
org.openembedded.dev/site - you need the following in the site file:
ac_cv_linux_vers=${ac_cv_linux_vers=2}
Closing this and marking as invalid.
