I agree with the above but I must clarify something:
OpenEmbedded is not a 'Distribution' in the sense of Debian, Fedora,
Ubuntu. The OpenEmbedded project distributes MetaData allowing others
to create and brand their distributions.
For the sake of quality OpenZaurus, Familiar, OpenSlug -
distributions that build on OpenEmbedded's MetaData - should not ship
these packages but I'm not here to make any policy for these
distributions.
