libgcrypt_1.2.2.bb fails to compile with MACHINE=native due to an improper head
inclusion order of libgcrypt-1.2.2. The source code has a fallback for failed
AC_CHECK_SIZEOF() and OE's MACHINE=native configuration hits the situation, but
it does not work. A patch follows.
