Summary: wlan-ng options in gpe-conf network
Product: gpe-conf
Version: 0.1.4
Platform: Sharp Zaurus
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: major
Priority: P2
Component: gpe-conf
AssignedTo: [email protected]
ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
add option to wifi interface so that the following can be set through the GUI:
wireless_type wlan-ng
wlan_ng_authtype opensystem
wlan_ng_key0 aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa
wlan_ng_key1 aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa
wlan_ng_key2 aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa
wlan_ng_key3 aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa
Without these options in the GUI using the network app on a SL-6000L does not
work very well. I am not sure what all options are avalble but those are the
ones I see people using in /etc/network/interface. I am not sure if this would
be adding a drop down at the top for wireless type that only shows the wlan_ng
options if that type is selected.
