This is a patch for hciattach to make it possible to turn the BT radio on when
using a 2.6 kernel.
This patch submission is a Request For Comments. I'd like to know whether this
patch is good enough to get into OE. I made it with portability in mind, it can
be used by any 2.6 port that needs to turn the radio on in a similar way.
So I'd like some comments and/or suggestions about it, before/if I push it.
